CANCELLATION POLICY

Participants must cancel a minimum of five (5) full business days prior to the first date of the workshop to receive a refund, less 20% administrative fee per cancelled workshop.

No refunds will be given for cancellations with less than five (5) business days notice. There are no workshop transfers.

Any refunds will be issued by cheque regardless of original payment method.
