GUEST MODERATOR - MARGUERITE PIGOTT:
The VERY busy and talented Marguerite Pigott is Super Channel's Creative Development Group Lead, fulfilling the disbursement of its Creative Development fund. In addition, Marguerite is Development Executive for Back Alley Films, and is Principal of Megalomedia Productions Inc, a consulting company focusing on script development. She has story edited many films including "One Week," "Finn on the Fly, "Poor Boy's Game," and "Walk All Over Me." For TIFF, Marguerite was a Programmer on the Canadian Feature Film Selection Committee for the 2006 and 2007 festivals. Previously, Marguerite was Vice President of Development and Production for Odeon Films, an Alliance Atlantis Company. She has executive produced "Saint Ralph," "Fubar," "Waydowntown", "Flower and Garnett" and others. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Media Development Corporation, has taught across Canada and has been a guest speaker at TIFF, VIFF, Atlantic Film Festival, the CFC, and the National Screen Institute.

After graduating from Upper Canada College (don't hold it against him), Grant Boyle was accepted into New York University's: Tisch School of the Arts to study Dramatic Writing. Grant brings a youthful but experienced voice to his characters, frequently honing in on the universal difficulties that underlie our most intimate relationships.
